– Work Experience: At least 3 years working experience at Japan company
– Professional Skill: Problem solving skill, Japanese working manner, Secretary
related skills, Competent at office software (word, excel, power point,…)
– Language: Native Japanese, English good at 4 skills
– Age: Under 30 yrs old

2) Job Description
– Arrange and ensure that the GM daily work goes smoothly and efficiently
right on schedule.
– Support GM to welcome Guests and Officials from HQ for
visitation and meeting at Vietnam Branch to discuss business orientation (arrange meeting
schedule, meeting location, dining location, accommodation location for the group…)
– Handle GA&HR related documents and Japanese reports for internal; prepare
contracts,
meeting memorandum between Vietnam’s Branch and Partners according to
the instructions of GMs & store according to HQ regulations.
– Support Expat’s issues related to administration procedures such as:
procedure for Expat when entering and returning to Japan, Expat housing arrangement, …
– Manage issues related to personal data of employees working at the
Company. Ensuring the security of information according to HQ policies.
– Prepare and schedule important events (preparing for VIP business trips from
HQ and ASEAN headquarters, preparing events for the JCCI, …)
– Other tasks required by GMs.

– Gross basic salary: 42M ~ 45M
– Probation term: do not apply probation term
– Work time 8:00 – 17:00 (12:00-13:00 lunch time)
